Our CRA Program represents a new era in residential real estate professional development. The program provides key industry knowledge and advisory sales best practices enabling participants to acquire 21st century-based knowledge and skills in order to build a successful real estate agent practice. Students who complete the program earn the title CRA (Certified Real Estate Advisor) and satisfy their New York State Department of State continuing education licensure requirement.
THE PROGRAM COURSES
5 sessions per course; each session is 3 hours in length

- Advisory-Based Selling
- Business and Legal Foundations for Real Estate Professionals
- Marketing Real Estate in the 21st Century Knowledge Age
OPTIONAL CONFERENCE
New, Views and Current Trends Conference*
This 3-day conference examine key trends, issues, and challenges associated with residential real estate in the global marketplace.
Topics include:
- Identifying real estate trends
- Client education
- Informed business decision-making
*Completion of this 3-day conference satisfies the 22½ hour continuing education requirement for the current two-year renewal period for licensed NYS real estate agents.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION TO ENROLL
Students must hold a valid real estate license. Individuals who are not licensed must show proof of enrollment in a licensing course.

Courses available from the Real Estate Academy at Touro Graduate School of Business have been approved by NYS Department of State, Division of Licensing Services.
